Patient & Attendant Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Silence.
  • Pay the bill on time.
  • Follow the Treatment plan.
  • Not to smoke  take alcohol in the hospital premises.
  • Keep the environment clean.
  • Provide the accurate about person illness details including Health insurance / empanelment.
  • Follow the rules and regulations of the hospital.
  • Respect the staff and other patients.
  • Not to take any medication without the knowledge of the health care providers and not to give their prescribed medication to others.
  • Respect if some other patient’s medical conditions is more urgent and accept that they shall be given priority.
  • To accept the hospital’s measures in ensuring the privacy and confidently of medical records.
