We understand the importance of your loved ones in the healing process. To maintain a safe, peaceful, and comfortable environment for all patients, we request your cooperation in following these visitor guidelines:

  • Visitors are encouraged to limit their visits during designated hours to ensure patient rest and recovery.
  • Visitor access may be restricted based on the patient’s medical condition or special needs.
  • At admission, passes will be issued for attendants and visitors. These must be displayed while inside the hospital. In case of a lost pass, please contact the Concierge Desk at the main entrance.
  • Children below 12 years are not permitted on patient floors for their safety and to prevent infections.
  • Visitors must sanitize their hands before and after entering patient areas.
  • Mobile phone usage is restricted near medical equipment and monitoring systems. Please use phones only in designated areas and speak softly to avoid disturbing others.
  • For the safety and comfort of all patients, visitors and staff, pets are not allowed within the hospital premises.
  • consumption of alcohol, chewing of tobacco, smoking of cigarettes, or involvement in any similar activities is strictly prohibited within the hospital premises.
